Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or engaging with Explorica Maldives Pvt Ltd ("Explorica", "we", "us") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all B2B transactions, quotation requests, and ongoing supply agreements between Explorica and its clients. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
Explorica provides premium food distribution and supply chain services to resorts, hotels, restaurants, and hospitality operators across the Maldives. Our catalogue includes organic produce, premium proteins, dairy, dry goods, and specialty items. Product availability is subject to seasonal supply and import conditions.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders must be submitted in writing via our quotation request form, email, or agreed procurement channel. Orders are confirmed only upon written acknowledgement from Explorica. Pricing is quoted in USD or MVR as agreed and is valid for the period stated on the quotation. Payment terms are net-30 unless otherwise negotiated in a signed supply agreement. Explorica reserves the right to adjust pricing with 14 days' notice for standing orders.
4. Delivery
Delivery schedules are agreed per order or supply contract. Explorica will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed delivery dates; however, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by inter-island logistics, weather, or customs clearance. Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery to the agreed delivery point. Clients must inspect goods on receipt and notify Explorica of any shortages or damage within 24 hours.
5. Returns & Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. If goods arrive damaged, spoiled, or not as described, notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence. Explorica will arrange a replacement or issue a credit note at its discretion. Returns are not accepted for perishable goods after the 24-hour window.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photography, logos, and brand assets, is the property of Explorica Maldives Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Explorica's total liability for any claim arising from its services shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute. Explorica is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malé, Maldives.
